The story of Sorini begins in Castelleone in 1915 thanks to the initiative of the pharmacist Dr. Fausto “Sorini”, who creates the “Rhubarb” candy to which the production of quince, fruit syrups and, later, of typically confectionery products such as candies, sugared almonds and jams; an initially artisanal production, which between the 1930s and 1950s was transformed into an industrial one. Mistress of the most modern technologies and the knowledge that derives from its centenary history, the Company, keeping faith with the principles of its Founder, continues the winning policy of combining quality with the best price. Thanks to this, the international market has opened its doors to the Sorini brand, so much so that over 50 countries around the world consume and appreciate the delicious chocolates produced in Castelleone, in all the shapes and tastes requested by the vast clientele. Since 2004, Feletti 1882 has also been part of the Sorini Group, a historic brand born from the Turin tradition of chocolate and which today is positioned in the premium segment of the market.
